Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management

Our Facilities Management program is designed to train individuals to manage such diverse facilities as large office/apartment buildings, convention centers, sports and recreational facilities, government buildings, casinos, community associations and assisted-living developments.

 
This innovative program aims to:
Enable students to critically evaluate leadership, processes and performance in FM
Equip students to develop and apply appropriate, highly effective strategies for FM performance improvement
Offer students an insight into global FM trends and thinking
Enable students to optimize and advance corporate social responsibility
Allow students to recognize and respond to the significance of context, organization, settings, people, process and time for FM
Enable students to lead, plan and work effectively in teams
 
The course provides a framework for staff development as well as a ladder of opportunity for career progression.
