Master of Arts in Hospitality Management

According to the latest The World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) report for 174 countries, it is reported that the travel and tourism recovery from 9/11, the war in Iraq, SARS, and the down-turned economy is now well underway and the overall outlook for the sector is for robust growth. Travel & Tourism Forecast set the industry's 10-year annualized growth (2005-2014) at 4.5 percent per year with a bull market recovery predicted for 2005. High demand, visitor exports, and increased contribution to GDP, the broader perspective of the travel and tourism economy (direct and indirect) is expected to create nearly 10 million new jobs (9,931,000) for the world economy for a total of 214.7 million jobs dependent on travel and tourism or 8.1 per cent of total employment.
