Master of Arts in Human Resource Management

The Master of Arts in Human Resource Management (MA HRM) is specifically designed to meet the academic and career objectives of the learners so as to acquire deep understanding, knowledge, and skills related to this exciting field. Besides getting an overview of the basic functions of HR management (manpower planning, recruitment and selection, job analysis and design, performance management and appraisal, training and development, compensation and rewards), the program also focuses on other important issues such as Organizational Development, Industrial laws, and Research Methods.
